To our loyal patients,

We regretfully inform that Heights Vision was involved in a fire with extensive damage throughout the building. The damage has caused us to vacate and are currently planning for relocation. As you can imagine, this was a significant loss for us and for Montague Street. Behind this brick & mortar office isn't a large company, it's a small family and we've loved serving our neighbors in the neighborhood with vision care. We are doing our best to get back up but, we also, ask for your patience through this difficult time. Thank you so much for your support and prayers.

The best way to reach us is through email at hello@heightsvision.com

n these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out to let you know what we are doing here at Heights Vision. As the situation around coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility.

At this time we are open Monday - Friday from 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-5pm

As it has always been, the safety of our patients and team members remains our highest priority.  We have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.  In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.

  • Our office staff are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced protocol

  • Washing our hands frequently (20 seconds minimum)

  • Using hand sanitizer in between hand-washing after each patient encounter

  • Using disinfectant wipes on knobs, counters, desks, etc. multiple times per day

  • Disinfecting frames after handling and using disposable cleaning cloths and wipes to glean glasses

  • Air purification units in the exam rooms

  • Requiring any staff person feeling ill, with fever or cough, to stay home

  • We have drastically reduced appointment slots to allow for social distancing
